Ceramsites and self-thermal insulation ceramsite building block production process
A ceramsite production process comprises the steps of taking river sludge as a raw material, adding a proper amount of coal ash, adding a proper amount of thickener and swelling agent for stirring in a stirring tank, grinding for twice by a roller, pelleting after grinding, and firing; putting fired particles into a cooling machine for cooling; screening cooled particles for sorting to obtain 350Kg/m3400 grade ceramsites. A ceramsite building block production process comprises the steps of stirring and mixing 220 parts of common silicon 42.5 grade cement, 220 parts of water, 180 parts of rice chaff, 210 parts of 400 grade ceramsites and 10 parts of cement waste residue; feeding the two mixtures into a building block molding machine for molding; conveying an above wet product to a plate ascending machine by a conveyor, and then conveying to a plate descending machine by subequipment for drying; conveying the above dried product to a stacker by the conveyor; feeding stacked and piled products into a curing kiln for curing to obtain the B07 and A5.0 types of self-thermal insulation ceramsite building blocks.
