The invention discloses a preparation method of a carbon combined boron carbide and graphite composite. The preparation method comprises the steps of sufficiently mixing boron carbide powder and graphite powder with absolute ethyl alcohol and phenolic resin, and granulating, wherein the particle size distributions of the boron carbide powder and the graphite powder are different, and the density of the formed blank is increased by using a multiple performing and one-step final forming method. The formed blank is placed into a vacuum-atmosphere sintering furnace, and a mixed gas of one of nitrogen, argon and helium and one of methane, ethylene and propane is charged into the sintering furnace, so that enhanced sintering is carried out. Phenolic resin films with certain thicknesses are formed on the surfaces of boron carbide particles and graphite powder particles by utilizing the sufficient mixing of the phenolic resin, the boron carbide powder and the graphite powder, the boron carbide powder particles and the graphite powder particles are primarily combined by the phenolic resin through compacting and curing, and then, the blank is sintered at high temperature, so that the phenolic resin is converted to be in carbon connection, the charged gases are also converted into carbon permeating into holes of the blank, and furthermore the blank is further densified and enhanced.
