Novel alundum tube forming process
The invention discloses a novel alundum tube forming process which adopts a novel environment-friendly water-soluble binding agent system. The binding agent is powdered, the binding agent and alundum powder can be premixed, the mixture obtained after premixing can be added with deionized water to be stirred into pug, and the pug is subjected to extrusion molding in an extruding machine after vacuum pugging. According to the method, the binding agent is efficient and environment-friendly, and can be premixed with the alundum powder, so that the defect that the uniformity of the pug in the conventional extrusion molding process is poor is solved.
