Low-temperature sintering and wear-resisting fire-resisting patching material for CFBB (Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler) and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a low-temperature sintering and wear-resisting fire-resisting patching material for a CFBB (Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler) and a preparation method of the low-temperature sintering and wear-resisting fire-resisting patching material. The preparation method is characterized by comprising the following steps of (1) mixing phosphoric acid with Al(OH)3, ZnO, CuO and MgO, carrying out heating reaction until a transparent glue solution is obtained, namely obtaining phosphate composite bound rubber; (2) preparing a wear-resisting fire-resisting coating patching material, wherein super-grade bauxite aggregate, brown corundum aggregate, dense corundum aggregate, sintered spinel, brown corundum powder, dense corundum powder, bauxite powder, lithionite, India potassium feldspar, albite, borocalcite are additionally added with silica fume, calcium aluminate cement and sodium tripolyphosphate; selecting and mixing raw materials, and obtaining the wear-resisting fire-resisting coating patching material; (3) mixing the wear-resisting fire-resisting coating patching material with the phosphate composite bound rubber, and obtaining a product. After the low-temperature sintering and wear-resisting fire-resisting patching material disclosed by the invention is used for patching an abraded position of a combustion chamber of the CFBB, good sintering can be realized, high-strength combination is formed by the low-temperature sintering and wear-resisting fire-resisting patching material and an original fire-resisting material basic body of a boiler wall, the low-temperature sintering and wear-resisting fire-resisting patching material cannot easily fall off, the wear resistance of the low-temperature sintering and wear-resisting fire-resisting patching material is good, the heat stability is high, the cost is low, and the construction performance is good.
