The invention discloses an anti-skinning wear-resistant prefabricated brick for a cement kiln. The anti-skinning wear-resistant prefabricated brick comprises a base, an ingredient and an additive. The base comprises, by weight, 48-56 parts of fused magnesia, 35-45 parts of white alundum, 12-33 parts of zirconite, 12-18 parts of mullite and 3-12 parts of magnesium aluminate spinel. The fused magnesia has magnesium oxide content of 95% or more. The ingredient comprises a particle ingredient and a fiber ingredient. The fiber ingredient has diameters of 3-8mm. A use ratio of the fiber ingredient to the base and the particle ingredient is 13-20%. The white alundum comprises, by mass, 16-25% of white alundum with particle sizes of 0.5-2.5mm, 30-65% of white alundum with particle sizes of 2.5-6.5mm and 30-65% of white alundum with particle sizes of 2.5-6.5mm. The prefabricated brick is especially suitable for a cement kiln, has good high-temperature resistance, base resistance, wear resistance and thermal shock stability, can effectively prevent skinning and blocking and can guarantee smooth ventilation of a kiln tail system.
