The invention relates to an overpass and a road network formed by multiple overpasses. The overpass comprises a first main road, a second main road and connecting passages, wherein the first main road comprises a first right passage and a first left passage which are mutually parallel and integrally connected; the second main road adopts the same structure as the first main road and comprises a second right passage and a second left passage which are mutually parallel and integrally connected; the second main road and the first main road are crossed, and the crossed position of the second main road and the first main road is located above the first main road; the connecting passages are used for communicating the first right passage and the second right passage, the first right passage and the second left passage, the first left passage and the second right passage, and the first left passage and the second left passage. According to the overpass, vehicles running on the first main road in any direction can run onto the second main road, and vehicles running on the second main road in any direction can run onto the first main road, so that traffic jam can be effectively reduced.
