Sediment discharging device for water inlet of hydroelectric station
The invention relates to a sediment discharging device for a water inlet of a hydroelectric station. The sediment discharging device comprises a water inlet building, a support, a winding drum, a steel cable, an oscillating bar and a high-pressure spray pipe, wherein a sediment discharging pipe is arranged at the bottom of the water inlet building, and a sediment pump is arranged at the front end of the sediment discharging pipe; the support is fixed on the water inlet building, and the winding drum is arranged on the support and connected with a motor rotating shaft; the steel cable is connected with the winding drum and the upper part of the oscillating bar, and the oscillating bar is rotationally fixed on the vertical part of the support; the high-pressure spray pipe is fixed on the oscillating bar, a high-pressure nozzle is arranged on the high-pressure spray pipe, and the high-pressure spray pipe is connected with a high-pressure water pump through a high-pressure water pipe. During a working process, water is introduced into the high-pressure water pipe through the high-pressure water pump and sprayed to a sediment pile from the high-pressure nozzle through the high-pressure spray pipe; meanwhile, the winding drum can be rotated through the motor, therefore the steel cable is wound and unwound, the high-pressure spray pipe and the high-pressure nozzle are rotated, and the spray direction of the high-pressure nozzle is changed; thus, the sediment piles with different ranges are rushed and dug and are discharged from the sediment discharging pipe under the suction of the sediment pump.
