The invention provides a construction method of building piles of an underground space, wherein the underground space comprises a space bottom as a building foundation and a space top connected with the ground; the space bottom is provided with at least a first part for bearing a higher pressure and a second part for bearing a lower pressure; a difference value between a first force difference between a buoyancy force and a pressure that the second part is subject to and a second force difference between a buoyancy force and a pressure that the first part is subject to is greater than the maximum breaking-resistant strength of a joint of the first and second parts; a first pile group for supporting and fixing the first part is arranged under the first part and a second pile group for supporting and fixing the second part is arranged under the second part, thereby ensuring that the force difference of the buoyancy force and the pressure that the second part is subject to is smaller than the maximum breaking-resistant strength and the maximum tensile strength of the second pile group.
