The invention discloses a simple formwork erecting structure in transmission line foundation construction. The simple formwork erecting structure comprises a bottom formwork and a middle formwork. The bottom formwork is sleeved with a bottom formwork fixing sleeve. The upper portions of the four corners of the bottom formwork are each provided with a middle formwork strut beam. Two shin plates of the bottom formwork are lapped at the two ends of each strut beam respectively and each strut beam and the two corresponding shin plates are fixed triangularly. The middle formwork is installed and lapped at the upper portions of the four middle formwork strut beams. A middle formwork fixing sleeve is installed on the outer side of the middle formwork. Compared with a traditional formwork erecting method, the simple formwork erecting structure has the beneficial effects that labor and materials can be directly saved, foundation formwork erecting time can be greatly shortened, and the formwork expansion prevention effect is good.
