The invention discloses an anti-backflow water tank. The anti-backflow water tank comprises a water tank body with a water holding cavity, a control valve arranged in the water tank body and a floater arranged in the water holding cavity. The water tank body is also provided with a first water inlet, a second water inlet and a water outlet which communicate with the water holding cavity. The control valve comprises a water inlet cavity, a first water outlet cavity and a second water outlet cavity, wherein the water inlet cavity communicates with the first water outlet cavity through a water inlet of the control valve. A control valve sealing part is arranged in the control valve, the second water outlet cavity is formed above the control valve sealing part, a sealing part through hole is formed in the control valve sealing part, and the second water outlet cavity communicates with the water inlet cavity through the sealing part through hole. A slide bar is arranged in the water holding cavity, and a slide bar sealing part is arranged on the slide bar. The invention further discloses an anti-backflow system. The anti-backflow water tank and the anti-backflow system have the advantages that simple structure and high reliability are achieved, cost is reduced and the size of the water tank is decreased.
