The invention belongs to the technical field of environmental protection, and in particular relates to a sediment mechanical stirring device for a drainage pipeline. From top to bottom, the shell of the device is composed of an output shaft, a rotor base, a rigid body, a rigid body base, a rigid body rear base and a fixed station. The mechanical stirring device is arranged on fixed or mobile equipment; by measuring mud thickness of the pipeline, the advancing speed of the mobile equipment is selected, so that a stirring power value of unit mud amount is guaranteed and the lowering of sediment flushing shear force is achieved; under the condition of the designed flow rate of the pipeline, sediment in the drainage pipeline is flushed to the downstream side of a drainage pipeline system until to a sewage treatment plant, so as to avoid treatment on the sediment removed from the interior of the drainage pipeline; therefore, the mechanical stirring device simplifies an operation procedure and meets demands on maintenance of an urban drainage pipe network system.
