The invention discloses a flexing constraint support and concrete beam column T-shaped steel anchoring and connecting node. The node comprises anchor parts which are anchored in a concrete beam and a concrete column, anchor plates arranged at the two ends of the anchor parts and a node plate connected to the anchor plates, the anchor parts are constituted by multiple T-shaped steel groups which are arranged at intervals, each T-shaped steel group comprises two T-shaped steel bars which are arranged oppositely, each T-shaped steel bar is provided with a steel wing and a steel rib extending from the middle of the steel wing, each steel wing and the corresponding steel rib jointly constitute a T shape, the steel wings of the two T-shaped steel bars in each T-shaped steep group are parallel with each other, the steel ribs of the two T-shaped steel bars in each T-shaped steep group are opposite in pointing direction, the two ends of each T-shaped steel bar are welded to the anchor plates respectively, the anchor plates are divided into horizontal plates and vertical plates, the horizontal plates are attached to the edges of the concrete beam, the vertical plates are attached to the edges of the concrete column, the two adjacent side edges of the node plate are welded to the corresponding horizontal plate and the corresponding vertical plate respectively, and bolt holes for allowing flexing constraint supports to be fixedly connected are formed in the node plate. By means of the arrangement mode, stress balance of the node plate is facilitated, and uniform force transmission of the node is guaranteed.
