The invention aims as overcoming the defects of the prior art and provides a rigid-soft shearing-resistant connecting member. U-shaped steel connecting members and bent rebar connecting members are arranged at an H-shaped steel beam at intervals, so that the bent rebar connecting members and the U-shaped steel connecting members jointly resist shearing, synergistic effect of the H-shaped steel beam and a concrete component is ensured to be improved, and the objective of increasing structural load bearing capacity is achieved.
