The invention discloses a liftable and movable daylighting roof which comprises a daylighting roof body, a lifting device, a moving device and a control device. The daylighting roof body is mounted at the top of a building main structure and comprises a lifting daylighting roof body and a moving daylighting roof body, the lifting device comprises a lifting mechanism and a lifting guide mechanism and is positioned on two sides of the lifting daylighting roof body, the moving device is arranged on the lower portions of two sides of the moving daylighting roof body and can drive the moving daylighting roof body to freely and parallelly move leftwards and rightwards, and a facade sealing device is arranged between the daylighting roof body and the building main structure. According to the liftable and movable daylighting roof, when light is powerful, the daylighting roof body can be lifted by half range to achieve the objective of natural ventilation; under special circumstances such as fire, the daylighting roof body is lifted by half range, and then another half range of the daylighting roof body is planarly moved to space below the half range of the daylighting roof body which is lifted already, so that ventilation and smoke discharging area is quite large, requirements on firefighting are met. Therefore, the liftable and movable daylighting roof is supportive of daylighting and has functions of ventilation and smoke discharging during firefighting.
