The invention discloses an adsorption type metal aluminum plate ceiling structure. The structure comprises a main keel, a secondary keel and a metal aluminum plate. The secondary keel and the main keel are crossed, and are fixedly connected at the cross section. Multiple first rubber gaskets are fixedly connected below the secondary keel. The metal aluminum plate is fixedly mounted below the secondary keel. Multiple second rubber gaskets are fixedly connected at positions, corresponding to positions of the first rubber gaskets, on the metal aluminum plate. The first and second rubber gaskets have spherical shapes at initial positions. The surface of each first rubber gasket is provided with multiple polygonal projections, and the surface of each second rubber gasket is provided with multiple polygonal grooves corresponding to the projections; or the surface of each first rubber gasket is provided with multiple polygonal grooves, and the surface of each second rubber gasket is provided with multiple polygonal projections corresponding to the grooves. Compared with the prior art, installation cost and installation efficiency are obviously optimized, and the connection strength is guaranteed.
