The invention relates to the technical field of designs of rain tents, in particular to a connector for sound attenuation rain tents. The connector comprises a threaded rod. Nuts which are matched with the threaded rod are arranged at two ends of the threaded rod and are detachably connected with the threaded rod, and a gasket for preventing an elastic part from slipping is further arranged on the threaded rod, is arranged between the two nuts and is fixedly connected with the threaded rod. The connector has the advantages that the connector can be mounted quickly and is convenient to operate, a single person can completely mount the integral connector without specially supporting bolts by the hands, accordingly, labor can be saved, and the machining efficiency can be improved.
