The invention discloses a fastener for clamping an object. The fastener comprises a first clamping arm and a second clamping arm, wherein the first end of the first clamping arm is in rotatable connection with the first end of the second clamping arm, and a cavity for containing the object when the object is clamped is formed between the first clamping arm and the second clamping arm. The fastener is characterized in that the second end of the first clamping arm is connected with a first hasp; the first end of the first hasp faces the direction of the cavity and penetrates through the through hole in the second end of the first clamping arm to wind the edge of the through hole; the first end of the first hasp is positioned in the cavity and is in frictional contact with the object when the object is clamped by the fastener; the first hasp is used for being jointed with a locking device; and the locking device is also used for being jointed with the second end of the second clamping arm.
