The invention discloses an installing device for a telegraph pole. The installing device comprises a base. The base is formed by splicing a plurality of supports. Each support is of an inverted-n-shaped structure. A connecting groove is formed in one end of each support. A connecting shaft capable of being matched with the corresponding connecting groove is formed in the other end of each support. A sliding block is arranged in the base. A supporting rack is arranged on the sliding block. A fixed rack is arranged at one end of the base. A moving rack is hinged to the fixed rack. The other end of the moving rack is overlapped to the supporting rack. The installing device well solves the problem of the telegraph pole installing difficulty in a mountainous area, enables work of installing the telegraph pole of workers to become easy, flexible and convenient, and greatly improves working efficiency of the workers.
