The invention relates to the field of bathrooms, in particular to a damp-proof and sound-insulation bathroom door which comprises a door frame and a door plate. The door plate is hinged to the edges of the door frame and is sequentially provided with a glass layer, a vacuum layer and a sound-insulation layer from the inside to the outside, and sound-insulation cotton is uniformly arranged in the sound-insulation layer.
