A stairway window smoke blocking system comprises a door window (1), a smoke preventing curtain (4), a threaded shaft (6), a limiting stopper (7) and a smoke blocking machine (13), wherein guide tracks (2) of the smoke preventing curtain (4) are arranged on the periphery of a frame of the door frame (1), and can be bent randomly according to window door opening of the door window (1); temperature-resistant sealing straps (3) are embedded in borders of the smoke preventing curtain (4) and have sealing and lubricating effects; a stepped shaft at the other end of the smoke preventing curtain (4) is provided with a roller cone; a chain (9) sleeves the roller cone; the chain (9) is hinged to a tip roller cone of the threaded shaft (6) to rotate and run a lifting limiting control system of the smoke preventing curtain (4); the stepped shaft at the outer end of the roller cone is connected with a rotating shaft of a motor (5); power circuits of the motor (5) are connected with various stairway channels of an underground park; starting and stopping of the power circuits are controlled by a manager in a unified mode, and life danger of evacuees due to power failure during a fire hazard is avoided; and the smoke blocking machine (13) is arranged at the rear of the smoke preventing curtain (4), wind power of the smoke blocking machine (13) is outwards diffused in a concentrated mode with the aid of a stepped face of the smoke preventing curtain (4) to form a powerful wind force which compels dense smoke to leave away from a window, and the evacuees can be ensured to leave away from the scene of fire safely or can hide in the stairway channels temporarily to pass the dangerous period.
