The invention discloses a hydraulic pump switching valve for an industrial excavator. The hydraulic pump switching valve structurally comprises a threaded shaft. A handle is connected to the threaded shaft. A chuck seat is arranged on the threaded shaft. The two sides of the chuck seat are each provided with a threaded hole. A through hole is formed in the middle portion of the chuck seat. Each threaded hole is internally provided with a screw. A cylindrical sleeve is arranged in the through hole. The threaded shaft penetrates the sleeve. Due to the fact that the handle is connected to the threaded shaft and a thread is arranged at the lower end of the threaded shaft, the handle can be rotated to turn off a switch; due to the fact that the thread is arranged at the lower end of the threaded shaft, the better sealing effect can be achieved, and the handle can be prevented from automatically rotating; due to the fact that the threaded shaft is connected with the chuck seat, the handle can be well controlled; and meanwhile, the switch can be turned off relatively accurately, so that the problem that a switch is not sensitive in the prior art is solved, and sensitivity is improved.
