The invention relates to the technical field of the power grounding apparatus, and discloses an anti-theft grounding electrode for a ground wire, and a telegraph pole. The anti-theft grounding electrode comprises a ground rod body and an anti-theft beam; the anti-theft beam is perpendicularly fixed in the middle of the ground rod; when the anti-theft grounding electrode is in use, the ground rod is embedded in one side of the telegraph pole; and the ground rod at the upper end of the anti-theft beam is fixed with the telegraph pole through a hoop and a fastening bolt. The anti-theft grounding electrode is reasonable and compact in structure and convenient to use; the anti-theft performance of the grounding electrode is reinforced by the addition of the anti-theft beam and the hoop; the bottom end of the anti-theft grounding electrode is cone-shaped, so that the anti-theft grounding electrode can be embedded in frozen earth in winter by operators conveniently; a distance between the anti-theft beam and the cone-shaped bottom end is set, so that the embedding depth of the grounding electrode satisfies the related operation regulations; and therefore, the anti-theft grounding electrode has the characteristics of convenience in embedding, high safety and good anti-theft performance.
