The invention relates to the technical field of the power grounding apparatus, and discloses an anti-theft grounding electrode for a ground wire, and a telegraph pole. The anti-theft grounding electrode comprises a ground rod body and an anti-theft beam; the anti-theft beam is perpendicularly fixed in the middle of the ground rod; when the anti-theft grounding electrode is in use, the ground rod is embedded in one side of the telegraph pole; and the ground rod at the upper end of the anti-theft beam is fixed with the telegraph pole through a hoop and a fastening bolt.
