Provided is a flexible ladder head for transmission maintenance, comprising two columns; the top end of each column is in rotary connection with a hanger bracket; the revolution center line of the hanger bracket and the center line of the column are superposed; the hanger bracket comprises a connecting rod and a door-shaped pulley support; the bottom end on one side of the pulley support and the connecting rod are integrated; the bottom end of the connecting rod and the top end of the column are in rotary connection; the central section of the pulley support is horizontally provided with a pulley; the lower side of the pulley support is provided with an opening. The flexible ladder head can randomly change directions, and be used on a single conductor and a double conductor through changing directions; each parameter of an electrical performance reaches the standard.
