Heat-preserving and sound-isolating 1000-DEG C noncombustible porcelain-on-steel plate composite branch plate unable to be eaten by insects and ants
An existing stainless steel composite plate filled with foamed plastic is not fireproof and is low in strength. In a flame, the foamed plastic combusts to generate gas which damages the wrapped stainless steel plate. The porcelain-on-steel plate composite branch plate is made from a porcelain-on-steel plate and a noncombustible branch plate; water glass is a high-temperature-resistant flame retardant, so that the branch is noncombustible at 1000 DEG C; the noncombustible branch plate is weakly alkaline, so that insects and ants do not eat the branch plate and fungi do not grow; many hollow holes are formed on the noncombustible branch plate, so that the branch plate has good heat-preserving and sound-isolating properties; the water glass hardens the composite branch plate, and the branch plate which is dried is as hard as wood and is hard and durable; the porcelain-on-steel plate is not rusty; therefore, the service life of the porcelain-on-steel plate composite branch plate is longer than a hundred years. A Chemical reaction is performed on carbon molecules of the branch plate and silicon molecules of the water glass in the flame to generate silicon carbide. The silicon carbide is a hard substance which resists a high temperature of 1000 DEG C. Therefore, when a fire happens, the rigidity change of the porcelain-on-steel plate composite branch plate is not great and the porcelain-on-steel plate branch plate can resist expansion of the fire. In conclusion, the porcelain-on-steel plate composite branch plate is the best building material for constructing a makeshift house of a plant.
