The invention discloses a sulfamate water reducer and a preparation method therefor. The water reducer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100-200 parts of sodium sulfanilate, 50-100 parts of aminobenzene sulfonic acid, 55-70 parts of bisphenol A, 80-85 parts of phenol, 60-80 parts of formaldehyde, 20-80 parts of sodium hydroxide, 2-5 parts of triethanolamine, 0.5-2 parts of acetone and 200-500 parts of water. The sulfamate water reducer disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the water reducing rate of the sulfamate water reducer reaches up to 30%, and the water reducer is good in adaptability with cement, less in slump loss, improves the performance of concrete, saves the use level of cement and improves the project quality. Meanwhile, the sulfamate water reducer disclosed by the invention is simple in preparation method, low in manufacturing cost and liable to implement.
