An improved cement foamed insulation board is prepared from, by weight, 9-15 parts of aluminum silicate fibers, 4-8 parts of glass wool, 3-5 parts of stearic acid, 9-14 parts of river sand, 6-8 parts of ethylene bis stearamide, 5-7 parts of modified particles, 4-10 parts of glycol dimethyl ether, 5-11 parts of triisopropanolamine oleic acid, 4-8 parts of light calcium carbonate, 3-6 parts of ceramsite, 8-11 parts of perlite, 15-22 parts of coal ash, 6-10 parts of aluminum hydroxide, 3.2-7 parts of sodium bicarbonate, 4-7 parts of a rosin soap foaming agent and 3-8 parts of a binding agent. The improved cement foamed insulation board has the advantages of being very good in insulation effect, good in elasticity, waterproof, capable of preventing corrosion and not likely to crack.
