The invention discloses internal anti-corrosion primer paint used for oil product storage tanks. The internal anti-corrosion primer paint is mainly prepared from, by weight, 20-30% of sodium silicate solution, 15-20% of silica solution, 10-20% of silicone acrylic emulsion, 2-4% of phenyltriethoxysilane and 40% or more of zinc powder. Preparation of waterborne emulsion and auxiliary addition are conducted on all the components, and then the internal anti-corrosion primer paint is prepared through stirring. The primer paint is high in anti-corrosion performance, can not pollute the environment and is convenient to construct.
