Portable ceramsites and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of materials and particularly relates to portable ceramsites and a preparation method thereof. The portable ceramsites can adsorb chemical agents and are a novel oilfield fracturing ceramsite proppant which is non-closed and porous and has very high pressure resistance; and the portable ceramsites are prepared from the raw materials in percentage by weight: 45-55% of bauxite, 35-45% of crushed bauxite, 5-6% of manganese ore and 5-7% of wood fibers. The preparation method sequentially comprises the steps of carrying out milling, carrying out granulating, carrying out baking, carrying out firing and carrying out finished product screening. According to the preparation method, through introducing the low-melting-point high-volatilization wood fiber additive, a closed glass phase is not formed on the surface of each ceramsite any more during firing, and a non-closed space with the total volume of 15-25% is formed inside each ceramsite, namely, produced ceramic granules are not high-dense solid matters, but high-strength low-volume-density solid matters. The portable ceramsites have extremely high adsorbability, can carry about 15% of petroleum adjuvants, are fractured into a deep stratum along with the adjuvants and are slowly released, so as to prolong a proppant effect; and the portable ceramsites have a protection effect on oil wells.
