Method for preparing calcium copper titanate
The invention discloses a method for preparing calcium copper titanate. The method comprises the following steps: proportioning a titanium source, a calcium source and a copper source according to the stoichiometric ratio of CaCu(3+y)Ti4O12, and then, carrying out first-time ball milling, so as to obtain a first-time ball-milled material; carrying out pelletizing on the first-time ball-milled material, and then, carrying out presintering for 2-5 hours at the temperature of 950-1,050 DEG C, so as to obtain a presintered material; crushing the presintered material, and then, carrying out second-time ball milling, so as to obtain a second-time ball-milled material; carrying out pelletizing on the second-time ball-milled material, then, adding a coupling agent into pellets, and carrying out third-time ball milling, so as to obtain a third-time ball-milled material; carrying out pelletizing on the third-time ball-milled material, and then, carrying out synthesizing for 7-12 hours at the temperature of 980-1,020 DEG C, so as to obtain a synthesized material; and crushing the synthesized material, then, carrying out granularity treatment, and selecting a powdery material with the granularity of 0.2-1 micron, thereby obtaining a finished product, wherein y= 0 or +/-0.025 or +/-0.05 or +/-0.1 or -0.15. The method has the advantages of being low in raw material cost and simple and convenient in synthesis method and being environment-friendly and pollution-free.
