Lithium-based high-performance microwave dielectric ceramic material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a lithium-based high-performance microwave dielectric ceramic material and a preparation method thereof. The chemical composition formula of the lithium-based high-performance microwave dielectric ceramic material is Li4Ti5O12. The preparation method comprises the following steps: taking Li2O and TiO2 with the purity of more than or equal to 99 percent as original powder, weighing and proportioning according to the composition, performing wet ball milling and mixing for 4 hours, taking ethanol as a ball-milling medium, drying, and pre-sintering in an air atmosphere at the temperature of 850 DEG C, thereby obtaining pre-sintered powder; adding an adhesive into the pre-sintered powder, granulating, pressing and molding; and finally, sintering the ceramic material at the temperature of 875-1050 DEG C for 4 hours, thereby obtaining the lithium-based high-performance microwave dielectric ceramic material. The preparation method is simple, and the prepared lithium-based high-performance microwave dielectric ceramic material is low in sintering temperature and excellent in microwave property and can be used for manufacturing LTCC resonators, antennas, filters and other microwave devices.
