Method for preparing aluminum oxide-zirconium oxide compound ceramic powder by virtue of supergravity technology
The invention discloses a method for preparing aluminum oxide-zirconium oxide compound ceramic powder by virtue of a supergravity technology. The method is characterized by comprising the steps of: (1) mixing a reactant solution with a precipitator solution in a revolving bed supergravity reactor to react to obtain a precursor; and (2) washing, drying and calcining the precursor to obtain the aluminum oxide-zirconium oxide compound ceramic powder, wherein the reactant in the step (1) is aluminum salt and zircon salt; the precipitator is selected from NH3.H2O, NH4HCO3 or (NH4)2CO3; the supergravity means that the centrifugal acceleration of the reactor is greater than the gravitational acceleration. The method overcomes the problems that in a conventional method, components are unevenly distributed and agglomerate and provides a quantity production technology which is good in product uniformity, short in preparation period, high in yield and simple in technical process. The method further overcomes the defect that a conventional reactor in reaction limits the titration speed.
