Ternary multiferroic material, preparation method and application thereof
The invention relates to the field of materials and particularly relates to a ternary multiferroic material, a preparation method and an application thereof. The chemical composition of the material is xBiFeO<3>-(1-x-y)Pb(Fe<1/2>NbO<1/2>)O<3>-yPbTiO<3>, wherein 0 < x <= 0.5 and 0.1 <= y <= 0.3. The preparation method includes the following steps: 1) weighing initial raw materials according to the stoichiometric ratio of the chemical formula; (2) mixing and grinding the weighed initial raw material, tabletting and synthesizing the mixture to prepare a pre-synthesized sample; (3) continuously grinding the pre-synthesized sample and adding PVA as an adhesive, and performing tabletting and glue removal; and (4) performing high-temperature sintering to the tablets after glue removal. The invention also provides the application of the ternary multiferroic material in sensors or drivers. The ternary multiferroic material is excellent in stability, electrical properties and magnetic properties, and can be used in the sensors or the drivers.
