Vehicle interior noise measurement bad road, paving method thereof and vehicle interior noise measurement method
The invention provides a vehicle interior noise measurement bad road, a paving method thereof and a vehicle interior noise measurement method. The vehicle interior noise measurement bad road includes a surface layer being 120 mm in thickness. The surface layer is composed of two stone materials respectively being 25 mm and 20 mm in granular sizes according to the weight ratio of 2:1, wherein the stone material is filled by modified asphalt. In the invention, pavement parameters of the bad road are designed and determined to improve the test pavement. By means of test of the vehicle interior noise on the bad road, a test and evaluation scheme is provided for reducing the vehicle interior noise, so that whole vehicle NVH level is improved and a better competitiveness of product performance is achieved.
