The piston rod (4) moves vertically, so that the drain outlet door (6) generates opening and closing actions, while the piston rod (4) moves downwards and the cross rod (8) enables the drain outlet door (6) to be closed, the two rotary sleeves (7) on the outer side of the cross rod (8) of the piston rod (4) enter the locking frames on two sides (9) and enable the drain outlet door (6) to be in a locked state, and the tight locking force of the drain outlet door (6) to the drain outlet (10) is increased.
