A building heat preservation plate installed in an improved mode comprises a mineral wool layer, a bonding layer bonded on the mineral wool layer, and a wood-wool composite layer bonded on the other surface of the bonding layer. The bonding layer is made from bonding mortar. The wood-wool composite layer is formed by mixing wood and wool fiber with cement. In the installation process, the mineral wool layer is attached to a building wall or the surface of a ceiling through cement mortar, the bonding strength of mineral wool materials for cement mortar and the surfaces of buildings is high, and the heat preservation plate is installed in the improved mode instead of a mode where a fixing device is adopted; meanwhile, expenses of the fixing cost is omitted, and the production cost and the installation cost are saved.
