Anti-termite heat-insulation sound-isolation and high-temperature-resistant composite plate combining pottery glass boards and bagasse board
A conventional stainless steel composite board is filled with foam plastics, and has the defects of inflammability and insufficient strength. The foam plastics combust in the flame, and a stainless steel board wrapped by the foam plastics can be damaged by generated gas. A composite plate combining pottery glass boards and a rice husk board is made of the pottery glass boards and the noninflammable bagasse board; water glass is used as a high-temperature-resistant flame retardant, so that bagasse is noninflammable at high temperature of 1000 DEG C; the noninflammable bagasse board is alkalescent, so that an anti-termite effect is achieved, and fungus growth is avoided; the noninflammable bagasse board is provided with a great number of hollow holes, and has good heat-insulation and sound-isolation performance; the bagasse board is hardened by the water glass; after the bagasse board is dried, the texture is hard like wood, and hardness and durability are realized; and the pottery glass boards do not rust. Therefore, the service life of the composite plate exceeds a hundred years. Carbon molecules in the bagasse board and silicon molecules in the water glass take a chemical reaction in the flame to generate silicon carbide. The silicon carbide is a hard substance capable of resisting high temperature of 1000 DEG C, so that when a fire hazard occurs, the rigidity change of the composite plate is not great, and the fire hazard expansion can be prevented. Therefore, the composite plate is the best building material for building factory buildings and temporary buildings.
