The invention provides a coil roller fixture, a coil roller spindle, a coil roller, support legs, support wheel mounts, support wheels, a push bar, a sliding handle, a hold-down bar spindle, a hold-down bar, a flattening roller mount, a flattening roller spindle, a flattening roller, a tension spring and a spring fixing ring. The coil roller fixture is provided with the coil roller spindle which is provided with the coil roller. Compared with the prior art, the coil placing machine has the following advantage that a coil is placed conveniently and quickly with high efficient and quality by: winding the coil to the coil roller, controlling the coil roller to move for paying off the coil, heating and softening the coil with a heat treatment head, and flattening the coil with the flattening roller to attach the coil more firmly to a base.
