The invention discloses an automatic rebar clamp transmitting and installing device. The rebar clamp is conveyed to the transmitting pipe through the guide rail, the two rebars needing to be fixed are located in the groove, the pneumatic transmitting device releases impact force to eject the rebar clamp in the transmitting pipe, the rebar clamp automatically fixes the two rebars in the groove under action of the impact force conveniently, the automatic working mode is embodied, the rebars can be fixed without consuming too much physical strength in the whole process, labor and working time are saved, and the working efficiency is improved.
