The invention discloses a remote-controlled parking spot lock. The remote-controlled parking spot lock is characterized in that a 12-V linear push rod motor (1), a lock frame (2), a connecting rod (3), a movable support point (4), a 12-V storage battery (5), a remote-controlled receiver (6) and a remote-controlled emitter (7) are included; one end of the 12-V linear push rod motor (1) is connected with a ground connecting column, the other end of the 12-V linear push rod motor (1) is connected with the lock frame (2) through the connecting rod (3), the lower end of the lock frame (2) is connected with the support point (4), and the storage battery (5) is connected to the linear push rod motor (1) through a wire and the remote-controlled receiver (6). When a car needs to be parked on a parking spot, a remote controller in the car emits a signal, and after the remote-controlled receiver receives the signal, the working connecting rod (3) of the linear push rod motor is contracted and returns to drive the lock frame (2) to be contracted and fall down, so that the car is parked on the parking spot; when the car leaves the parking spot, the linear push rod motor works through the remote controller, the connecting rod (3) is lifted to drive the lock frame (2) to rise, and therefore the purpose of locking the parking spot is achieved. According to remote-controlled parking spot lock, convenience and rapidness are achieved.
