The cabin comprises a cabin top, a cabin body and a base, wherein unit cabins are arranged in the cabin body, a lighting device, an in-cabin camera, a calling talkback panel, a control mainframe and other devices are mounted in each unit cabin, the control mainframes are connected with a management platform of the public security response alarm center, alarm people can communicate through the calling talkback panels, an electromagnetic lock is arranged on a cabin door of each unit cabin, an alarm switch is arranged on the outer side of each cabin door, each electromagnetic lock is controlled to be unlocked by the corresponding alarm switch, alarm people can switch on one alarm switch by holding a door handle on the corresponding cabin door, the corresponding cabin door can be controlled through an electrical control one-way door spindle to rotate only in the door closing direction, a self-extinguishing device is arranged inside the cabin top, and a storage battery is arranged in the movable base and used for providing power for the device. The multifunctional anti-terrorism and refuge cabin has multiple functions of defense, alarm, camera shooting and the like and can effectively guarantee personal safety.
