The invention discloses a door unlocking device. The door unlocking device is characterized in that a rotary knob gear is fixedly installed on a counter lock rotary knob on the inner side of an entrance door and can rotate with the rotary knob together. A handle gear is fixedly installed on a door handle rotation shaft on the inner side of the entrance door. Two sector gears are installed on a rotary knob motor and a handle motor rotation shaft respectively and can mesh with the rotary knob gear and the handle gear respectively. A data line socket is connected with the password input end of an electronic password control unit. The output end of the electronic password control unit is connected with the control end of a relay. A power socket is connected with the common end of the relay, the power input end of the electronic password control unit and the power input end of an alerter. A normally open contact of the relay is connected with the rotary knob motor and a handle motor. The output end of the electronic password control unit is connected with the data line socket. A power source is connected with a power plug and the power input end of the electronic password control unit.
