The invention discloses a protection system of a safe box. The protection system comprises a storage device and a microcontroller, wherein the storage device and the microcontroller are connected through a wire, a camera and an iris inputting device are connected with the microcontroller through wires, and the microcontroller is connected with an LED display screen, an unlocking device and an alarming device through wires. The protection system of the safe box solves the problems that when fingerprints are used for protecting and opening the safe box, the fingerprints of an owner may be damaged, and consequently the safe box cannot be opened smoothly, or the fingerprints are stolen and copied by lawbreakers, the safety of the safe box is lowered, the safe box is likely to be opened by the lawbreakers, and consequently money and goods are lost.
