The present invention relates to an insulation improved frame for windows and doors, and a manufacturing method of the frame. The method may be adapted for windows and doors of various configurations such as windows outside buildings or access doors. The invention particularly relates to the insulation improved frame for windows and doors, and the manufacturing method of the frame. The frame for windows and doors is formed of a triple structure, and auxiliary frames are formed by inserting stainless structures assembled to both sides of the main aluminum frame. The main frame has left and right members connected to each other through an insulation member, thereby improving the thermal insulation, has a first forming groove and a second forming groove into which the connection members are vertically inserted, and is divided into the left and right members when being cut, and a slot for coupling a blocking plate is formed in the lower portion of a floor plate of the second forming groove.
