The invention provides a safe foldable window capable of being leaned against. The safe foldable window capable of being leaned against comprises an outer window frame, a plurality of inner frames and window sashes. The outer window frame is arranged in a wall in a nested mode, and a safety belt is arranged on the side face of the outer window frame. The inner frames are formed by sequentially connecting frames different in size and identical in shape in a sleeved mode through a rotating device. The rotating device comprises a rotating shaft and insertion holes formed in the bottoms of the left and right side faces of the frames. The frames are connected through the rotating device and can rotate freely, different frames can be opened according to needs of a user, and thus outdoor light can shine into a room to a greater degree; in addition, a cushion or backrest for leaning is arranged on the window, the safety belt for preventing the user from falling is arranged on the outer window frame, and thus the safe reliability of the foldable window is improved when the user looks at the sky outside the window of a downstairs street scene while sitting or lying.
