Provided are: an automatic-door system capable of preventing the escape of a suspect by using a simple configuration when a crime has occurred in a facility equipped with a plurality of automatic doors; an automatic-door-system control device; and an automatic-door-system control method. The automatic-door system (100) includes: a plurality of automatic doors for opening and closing according to the detection state of an automatic-door sensor, and provided in a wind-removal chamber (500); an automatic-door controller for controlling the operation of the automatic doors; a monitoring control terminal (200); a box module (300); and a communication unit (570). On the basis of instruction information obtained by a specific communication from the box module (300), the communication unit (570) closes all of the plurality of automatic doors and maintains the closed state thereof.
