Fly ash environment-friendly collecting device
The invention discloses a fly ash environment-friendly collecting device which comprises a feeding device, a drying roller, a cyclone discharging barrel, a spiral conveyor and an ash storage warehouse. The feeding device comprises a hopper and a feeder, the hopper is arranged above the feeder, the feeder is connected with the inlet end of the drying roller, the drying roller is further connected with a heater, the outlet end of the drying roller is provided with a discharging barrel with a downward opening, the top of the discharging barrel is connected with the cyclone discharging barrel, the spiral conveyor is further correspondingly arranged below the discharging barrel and the cyclone discharging barrel, and one end of the cyclone discharging barrel is provided with a pipeline to be connected with the ash storage warehouse. The fly ash environment-friendly collecting device is simple in structure, convenient to operate and low in cost, can facilitate drying of fly ash, is of a closed structure, saves energy and is environmentally friendly and free of pollution.
