Non-bearing recycled fine aggregate concrete perforated brick
The invention discloses a non-bearing recycled fine aggregate concrete perforated brick. Raw materials comprises, in parts by weight, 20-25 parts of cement, 40-50 parts of recycled fine aggregate, 20-30 parts of fly ash, 5-7 parts of montmorillonite, 8-10 parts of natural river sand, 0.1-0.2 part of a water reducer, and 0.2-0.4 part of a foaming agent. The recycled fine aggregate is obtained by directly performing crushing and filtering processing on waste concrete, and the particle size of the recycled fine aggregate is less than 5 mm. The raw materials are mixed and stirred uniformly, and then the obtained mixture is squeezed for forming an adobe, and finally steam maintenance is performed. By employing waste concrete, resource is saved, and secondary pollution problem of waste concrete on environment is solved, and the perforated brick possesses the characteristics of light weight, low drying shrinkage, large anti-dismantling strength and the like.
