Application of magnetized waste water in concrete
The invention provides application of magnetized waste water in concrete. The concrete is prepared from, by weight, stone, 250-500 parts of cement, 150-300 parts of fine aggregate, 100-230 parts of coarse aggregate, 120-240 parts of pulverized fuel ash, 0.6-3 parts of water reducing agents and the magnetized waste water. The magnetized waste water is prepared by introducing domestic waste water into a magnetizing mixed reactor to be magnetized for 5-6 s on the magnetizing condition that the magnetic field intensity ranges from 600 mT to 800 mT. The concrete is stirred through the magnetized waster water, and on the condition that the raw materials and the mix proportion are the same, the compressive strength of concrete with ages of 7 days and 28 days is increased by 5%-15%. As a novel technology, the performance quality of the concrete can be further improved, the magnetized waster water can be used for blending concrete with various properties, and meanwhile the effects of saving materials and significantly reducing the concrete production cost can be achieved.
