The invention discloses compound fiber sound-insulation mortar. The compound fiber sound-insulation mortar is prepared from, by weight, 3-5 parts of corncobs, 2-3 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 1-3 parts of aluminum silicate fiber, 1-2 parts of guar gum, 1.5-1.8 parts of soybean protein fiber, 3-4 parts of mineral wool fiber, 0.6-0.8 part of lithium carbonate, 1.5-2.8 parts of zinc molybdate, 1-3 parts of Turkey red oil, 0.2-0.5 part of Twain, 10-18 parts of pulverized fuel ash, 1-2 parts of sugar calcium, 8-12 parts of coated slag, 30-40 parts of cement and an appropriate amount of water.
