The soft magnetic ferrite core material is formed by the raw materials such as Fe2O3, ZnO, Al2O3, NiO, Co2O3, WO3, ZrO2, Pr6O11, La2(CO3)3, V2O5, MnCO3, Bi2O3, Li2CO, TiB2 and Cr3C2. The material is prepared by the following steps of primary batching, primary ball milling, primary sintering, secondary batching, secondary ball milling, compression moulding, secondary sintering and the like. The Co2O3, the WO3, the ZrO2, the Pr6Oll, the TiB2, the Cr3C2 and other components are added, so that not only can the use frequency and the temperature stability be improved, but also the magnetic loss can be reduced, the prepared high frequency low loss soft magnetic ferrite core material has lower high frequency loss, and the loss factor is lower than 1.6*10<-6> at the high frequency of 100kHz.
